How do I make a booking?

Booking your tickets on our website is quick and easy:

Is this the venue’s official website?

No. This website offers official tickets to the venue. It is not, however, the venue’s official website.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Simply enter your details at checkout, and you’re good to go.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

It depends on the experience you’ve booked. Most experiences allow cancellations up to 24 hours before the start time, but some are non-refundable. To check the policy for your booking, head to the “See Info” section and look under “Cancellation Policy.”

Do I need to print my tickets, or can I use mobile tickets?

When is the best time of year to visit Phoenix?

The most comfortable time to visit is from October to April, when daytime temperatures hover around the 70s and 80s (°F) with plenty of sunshine.

Can I see the Grand Canyon or Antelope Canyon from Phoenix?

The Grand Canyon is about a 3.5-hour drive one-way, and Antelope Canyon is roughly 4.5 hours away. Because of the distance, booking a guided day tour is highly recommended so you can relax and enjoy the scenery while someone else handles the driving.

Do I need to rent a car to get around Phoenix?

While downtown Phoenix has a reliable light rail system, the valley is very spread out. Renting a car is the easiest way to travel between attractions, especially if you plan to visit places outside the city center like the Out of Africa Wildlife Park or nearby hiking trails.

Are your hot air balloon rides safe, and what should I wear?

All hot air balloon flights are led by FAA-certified pilots with years of experience. Because temperatures are cooler high up in the air and early in the morning, we recommend wearing layers, a hat, and closed-toe shoes suitable for walking on uneven desert ground.

Do I need to buy admission tickets in advance?

We highly recommend booking your tickets online before you go. Popular experiences like the hot air balloon rides and day trips sell out quickly due to limited capacity. Buying museum and zoo passes in advance also lets you skip the main ticket lines at the entrance.

Are the attractions family-friendly?

Phoenix is fantastic for all ages. The Phoenix Zoo has great stroller-friendly pathways, the Hall of Flame Museum lets kids see real fire trucks up close, and the Musical Instrument Museum features a hands-on Experience Gallery where children can actually play unique instruments from around the world.
